Residential Seawall and Dock, Miami

This traditional home had a 75-foot seawall that was tilting out towards the waterway, coupled with a significant loss of topsoil- a fairly common issue in south Florida. To rectify this, we constructed poured-in-place support batter pilings. We installed a concrete Riprap wall along the exposed footer areas, filling the gap area with high flow concrete. To ensure the structure’s stability for years to come and to deal with the high volume of rain that compromises seawalls in South Florida we installed 15 Jet Filter System units to release the Hydro-static load from the upland side. Finally, we constructed a breath-taking dock 75 feet long. The client was extremely happy and grateful for the results. Mission accomplished!!!
